Just now I saw a face outside my window. But the funny thing is no one is outside because we all have the flu. Weird things always happened in my house probably because it is almost 100 years old. Sometimes the lights turn off without anyone turning them off and I always get a feeling like I am being watched. Submitted by Eva

Sometimes when I drive over the Ben Franklin bridge I see a strange boat in the water. Like a really old big row boat full of workmen. It appears for just a second or so and then it's gone. I know that there must be others who have seen this boat but I haven't found anything online about it. Does anyone know of a boat like that that may have sunk around there in the old days?.

I have done research on this. I actually reside in the Philadelphia area but nowhere near the spot of the sighting. That is probably an apparition of the person who died in 1777 if you can see the ghosts of them who were slaughtered. One of them must have appeared as a cat. Submitted by Kimberly
