When I was younger I used to have an imaginary friend. When I was asked by my grandma what my friend looked like I described my grandmother's mom who passed away before I was even born. Submitted by Sabrina

When I was little around the age of 6-7 I think we didn't have a car, so me and my mom would walk everywhere with my little sister. One day we were getting groceries at the store near Southern. My mom had bought us ice-cream, so we sat down on the steps of the Gillman Sonoski funeral home. At the time I didn't know what it was, so I got curious and looked through the mail slot into the building. I remember a cat lying on a stair case, so I called my sister over to come look at him, but before she got there I heard a long sort of moan/scream. At the same time I saw something move past the staircase fast. It scared me because I thought I was in trouble for looking in, but no one came out and still kind of makes me think to this day.

When I was a child in 1957 I was 6-7 years old my parents lived in Baltimore, MD. My grandparents lived in Reading, PA. They lived in a house that's part of the sheriff's office, was in and the public library. They were both on the first floor. My grandparents apartment was on the second floor. Our visits were on weekends and I remember noises in the kitchen as we ate in the dining area. Also could hear a rocking chair constantly rocking above us, and in the evenings someone walking past our door going up the steps drawing what sounded like chains. It was a secret as a child, but as we grew older it was talked about. Any information on this house?. Submitted by cost321@ yahoo .com
