Etzel, and his dad pushed him off the bridge.
There was nothing from the ''suicide girl'' as I call her, and I've never seen any ghost boy that would be Etzel. The place isn't as scary as it used to be now that it's painted, but it's so cool. Definitely check it out if you get the chance. Just don't fall. I have other stories, but this post is long enough, so I'll save them for later.

Be really careful if you want to go fishing off the bridge. In the water below the bridge is the ghost of a guy who fell off the bridge while fishing. This happened quite a long time ago but he never left.
He grabs fishing lines and tries to pull other fishermen down into the river. Sometimes you think you caught a real big fish but it's him pulling your line. I'm not sure if they even allow fishing on the bridge anymore since it's quite dangerous.
It's a good fishing spot but you have to be really careful there.
