The rusty old overgrown abandoned railroad bridge next to the slightly less rusty in use railroad bridge is haunted by the ghost of a lady who was hit by a train on that bridge back when the bridge was in use before they built the new less rusty bridge right next to it.
This lady was crossing the bridge on foot which but her skirt got tangled up in something and she was too panicked to get untangled in time and was run over by the train. You can still see her to this day on the bridge trying to untangle he skirt in a panic.

She appears suddenly and fades out slowly. It's pretty sad when you think about it. She was young and she might have had small kids.
