I used to live in PCP-J section, and in the summer of 1993 there was construction at this home near I believe Birch Lane or Fairmount. At night I saw this figure that looked like a child that had blood stains on her nightgown. I immediately called security, and they showed up, and I told them what I saw. They looked around the whole community and didn't find anything! Then the year after that house was built, I saw the same figure of her dancing and

singing down the road. I was scared to death, and I called 911. The police came and searched the area. They found that someone was murdered in that same

house that was recently built. Now I live in Vancouver, Canada. I never saw that ever here, but I never would or ever return to PCP.

There are a lot of abandoned houses around me. There's this one that is right next door to me that looks creepy from the outside. Every time I walk by it I feel like someone is hiding inside watching me.
