When I was a kid there was this drunk driver who drove his car down Grant Avenue real fast and didn't turn when the road turned and drove right into the river and died. Sometimes you can still see his car speeding down Grant Avenue and then just disappear when it gets to the end of the street where the river is.
The car is hard to see. It's very see-through and absolutely silent and very fast. He was going about 60 or 70 when he crashed into the river

and that's how fast the ghost car goes too.
