On the train tracks behind Kirby Park in Kingston/wilkes Barre you always feel like you're being watched, and sometimes if you stop walking and look across the bridge you can see someone standing in the middle of the train tracks even when there's a train coming but when you get to the other side of black diamond bridge no ones there.
