I stayed at the Lord Baltimore Hotel in June of 2018 following a concert at the Baltimore arena. I went with my wife and daughter. After the concert (around midnight) we went back to the Lord Baltimore and up to our room on the 8th floor. Around two o'clock in the morning I was awakened by noise from a television in the adjoining room. It was really annoying infomercials, and I couldn't sleep with the noise, so I called the front desk. They said they would check-on

it but never did, so I went downstairs to the front desk and told them my situation.
The girl behind the desk looked in her computer and said no

one was in the rooms on either side of me. What? I was clearly hearing a TV coming through the door to the adjoining room. The girl got her supervisor, and the both of them looked at the room. I overheard the supervisor ask: ''did he see her?'' The girl replied ''he's on a different floor.'' Anyway, the supervisor apologized for the problem and said she would send someone up to turn off the TV and politely suggested I go back to my room.
