Once in the mid 1990s we moved into an historical renovated house in Brentwood Maryland, and the first night right after the sun had set I happened to look out of one of the windows by the front door, and despite the porch lights being on it looked like at least a hundred cats or close to it just sitting quietly staring at the house.
I immediately called my mom from upstairs to come look so she could be a witness. I asked her what is that? She backed

away from the door and said that she didn't know. We never spoke of it again. There is also a house a few doors down where the owner dreamed that a child
|
drowned in the bath tub.
She then asked around and found out that a young girl drowned in the bath tub by accident in that house decades ago. She has never talked about it since. As far as our historically best looking house I was always warned by my mom to never go into the crawl space for anything.
I don't know what she may have found out about that house, if she too asked around for the history of that house. To this day that house is still strange.
