Was driving on Route 22 by Aberdeen in 1989 and there was a guy dressed in a long coat and floppy hat walking on the side of the road. I turned around, and drove up to him stopped and asked if he was okay. He looked up at me. His face was white and pale. The news paper he was reading was up side down. The paper and his clothes looked like from the 1930s or 40s. Drove back around he was gone.
