I live on Horseshoe Road and the street itself has a ghost. I can see it if I look out the window to the street in the very early hours around 3 in the morning. I have trouble sleeping and the smallest sound wakes me up and this ghost often wakes me up by making a dragging kind of noise and then I wake up and he's out there on the street.
It's a young man in a military uniform dragging his feet along the street. It's a very quiet street, especially

at night, and I'm wondering if any of my neighbors have noticed anything like this. I won't tell you my house number because I don't want people thinking
