The Columbia Town Center Apartment Community has hauntings that management and residents are aware of. There have been mysterious sounds throughout several apartments, the buildings throughout the walls in the stairwells parking garage lots and electrical equipment there.
This community is located on Swift Stream Place across from Union Jacks pub and the Columbia library.

When I was over at my friends house for a sleepover, she told me about a house behind hers. She said that the people who used to live there abandoned their house without a trace. A girl her age who used to be her friend left without saying goodbye.

I brought my camera and iPod touch there so we could have evidence. I took pictures, one of a stain on a concrete block in their back yard another of a trashcan in the back of their house but one of them caught my eye it was a picture of the window.
We were going to jump over the fence to see stuff for ourselves before the picture was taken and a ghost was walking around the house. As soon as we saw it we panicked and decided not to jump the fence.
We took a picture of the ghost and he was holding his daughter by the neck and his wife had her head down. Later that night we had glow sticks and I hung mine on there fence but the next day it wasn't there.
