One night my boyfriend was in the computer room and I was sleeping upstairs in the bedroom and he saw a little girl with straight dark hair come from the kitchen and walk up the stairs.

Several years ago my son and I visited ft. Howard. It was the middle of the week on a foggy day. Near battery clagett I spotted a raggedy rather sketchy looking young man leaning against a post his head down one foot propped up against the post.
For some reason he frightened me. I tried to get my son's attention but my son did not see anyone. When I turned back the young man was gone. My son said 'maybe it was a ghost. ' for some odd reason the idea that the fellow was a ghost instead of a real person relieved me.
