Hello, I am Haanah. When I was 8-12 I lived in a neighborhood called Ducketts Lane.... I don't remember if that is the correct spelling. It was in Elkridge... Sadly... I don't remember the house number.
I wish I could remember so you could go to the house yourself and look at it. It radiates a weird energy. Anyways, when I first moved in.... I woke up really early to get some Cherios (this is one of my first memories of the house) and on my way down I saw

a man sitting on our chair dressed in all brown.
Brown shirt, brown shoes, brown pants.... But I couldn't really see his face. I just assumed it was

one of my parent's friends, and being the shy kid I was... I didn't say Hi. Later when my mom came down I asked her if she had a friend over.
She said no she hadn't and asked me why I asked. I told her I saw a man dressed all in brown. She didn't say anything and just shook her head. I told my dad later what I saw and he got a sullen look on his face and told me not to be scared, but before they bought the house a man used to live here who had died
