I was changing out a hot water heater and every time I put my tools down when I went to use it again it was gone. I would find it on the other side of the basement. I thought that it was one of my workers but they were all on another level working. To this day I will never do other jobs in those old buildings again. We had just been in and out of a shop for pets and a sweater shop and a little place that sold bath soaps, lotions, and sparkly jewelry. Right next to one of the shops was a covered stairway hewn out of stone. You could tell it was very old and it was dark. My husband Jim thought it was interesting so he called me over. As I looked up to the top of the stairway I felt like something was crushing the air out of my chest and my husband said I got the most confused look on my face. He asked me what was wrong and I told him we had to leave that place and not go back that way. I felt quite weak. We then stopped at a wine bar a little way up the street and it took me the better part of an hour to feel somewhat normal again. This spirit was definitely not a happy spirit.
