I don't know what you are seeing but I'm not seeing it. It looks to me like the same blur you see all across the photo. Yes I believe in ghosts….

The second box on the right on the other side of the pillar. I see what looks like some kind of dogs head... Maybe a German Shepherd? I believe something exists, my wife saw one when she was 14 and it's stayed with her her whole life.
She tells the story like it happened yesterday. (30 years ago).
