Back in the 90s a friend and I were heading west from Hancock about 10 pm. He was driving. I believe was Rt. 144. about a few miles west. Up the road I saw what appeared to be a tall kid in a white t shirt in middle of the road.
I said nothing but my friend said did you see that kid in the road? He had faded away.
