Go down to the wharf at 6 or so in the morning. Toss a rock in the water and look carefully at the spot you threw the rock. After a few minutes the rock will float back up and touch the surface and then sink back down again.
It only works early in the morning. There is a ghost under the water doing this. It has been going on for many years now. It started almost 30 years ago and has been happening ever since.
