On 9 / 6/11 while driving down Marriottsville Rd I noticed a man walking across the street from the gun range in an odd manner. There was a curve ahead so I could not see where he was crossing to so I thought nothing of it until I reached the point where he crossed and noticed there was nothing there but open woodd and a large body of the patapsco River with him nowhere in sight...
This was my first sighting ever and will never travel that road

again in life.
