I remember going through New Market a lot but only one time was it that I saw weird actions like this one time I was just riding though and I see this guy in the middle of the street I did not get a goo sight at him and I knew more info.

Comment by Gary: I saw the same thing twice. About six to eight months apart. The first time was just before night fall. In a seconds time someone walked right in front of my car. I thought I ran over someone. Slammed my brakes just to find out there was nothing there.
Since then I always look for this. 6 to 8 months later I saw this again. I slowed down to see this figure and it disappeared right before my eyes.
