I lived on base as a child. Conrad-Heights I believe that's how it's spelled. In this area I had to live with something in that apartment. Come to find out there was a woman that killed her son in the closet in the bedroom I sleep in years ago.
I don't know if this woman that you see has something to do with it or not. If you have children that live in this apartment and they are scared get them out! Just to prove it... When you go to the top of

the stairs turn right there is a bedroom straight ahead.
You will walk past a bathroom to your left. Right after that there will be a doorway next

to it on the same side. That's the room!.

I was camping on base and at Mattapini and I saw a lady figure in the woods and she looked right at me and I was freaked out my sighting of a real ghost.

Comment by anonymous: I too have camped there and saw a ghost while doing so. A lady as a matter of fact. It is quite likely we both saw the same ghost. It wasn't only me who saw it. My wife was there and she saw it too and she's not the one to imagine things. She's a very conventional person.
