I'm a service electrician. I was dispacteched to an old vacnat home in Pikesville. Upon arival I used the key to enter and began to announce myself. Making your presence in a vacant building known is a common practice to avoid coming in contact with undesireable living folks.
They usually make noise or flee upon your arrival if you make noise. This gives you plenty of opportuinity to avoid conflict. I had an uneasy feeling when I went in so I began to

clear the building by checking each room and closing doors behind me while announcing myself the whole time.
When I made it to the basement I felt

really uneasy but continued my search for the electric service equiptment and fire alarm panel talking aloud the entire time. I entered a dark room in the basement and immediately notice what appearedto be a female with her back to me.
I was surprised and startled by what I thought was a person. I dropped my notebook raised my hands and yelled ''christ you scared me! ''. At that time the figure turned towards me raised her hands in an open palmed
