If you park your car in the Walmart parking lot in the corner towards Wendys when you come back to your car your windshield wipers might be flipped out. If you had this happen you probably though it was some kid but it wasn't.
It's a ghost that does that. Just try it. Park there, walk away from your car and go far from it but not too far, make sure you can see it the whole time. Wait about half an hour and then go back to your car.
