In Pylesville next to Youth Benefit School is a soy beans or corn field. A long time ago a man hanged himself and caught the rope / cable cord on fire. He now walks the field and the woods behind the school and walks over to the Thomas's (the farmer).
He wears overalls, carries a light which I think is the lighter he used to burn the rope. He walks really fast. He does not do anything bad, he may scare you. A 13 year old boy has evidence, the evidence

is he pulled his shirt.
His name they call him is Old Dully. This is true, I saw him also, he was running. He only comes out when there's a moon. Meaning

no new moons.
