I took this picture on Jan 11th down off a road in Takoma Park. It was a clear evening, and dusk had just settled. I had to do a double take for I am a person who does not see spirits or orbs, and has a hard time believing.
I just downloaded this pic, and it has not been touched or fixed by program software in anyway.

If there is a slight haze in the air there will be water droplets in the air and this is what they look like when they reflect a camera flash. Not orbs.
