Valle Crucis near Boone, NC boasts a certain old stone church located along Hwy 194 on the edge of town. It is said there is something amid the ancient cemetery there that is not of this world. One night two young men were out driving. They rounded the corner at the church and something black jumped from the graves into the road. The men swerved to avoid whatever it was. Upon looking back they saw it was a huge black dog with burning red eyes.
The animal was said to be massive with huge yellow teeth. The driver sped off trying to put distance between the car and the terrifying creature. To their dismay they saw the dog was chasing them and even keeping up with them! Luckily the frightened men came upon a bridge and when they crossed the water they realized that the hell hound was no longer chasing them. Perhaps whatever the creature was it could not cross the bridge for it is said that evil cannot cross running water.

I started dark realm research inc about a year ago. I make films that deal with the supernatural. My 1st film was filmed in the town of Lincolnton NC and one of the places the I had filmed was called the Madison iron furnace;this device was used for the forging of metal objects for the cilvil war.
The oddest thing about filming it was after all these years ; you could still smell the buring of wood and the ground was still black as night. The research I done gave me information that a lot had died while working the furnace.
