after that. WELL night one was the really eventful night. I was cold and I thought that I had heard a cough or two but no man on the bed or walking into the room. Night two was same as night one just a few odd noises and very cold.
It was on the third night that I was ready to move out and never return. Around two am I heard footsteps coming from the ''Family Room'' and seeing the door open and in walking an older black male dressed in jeans and a tee

shirt. I froze as I watched him walk around the room and then disappear before my eyes.
I did not feel fear just shock, and the next day spoke

with my neighbor that told me that an older black male had lived there for years and passed away and was found on the floor in the room which was now my daughter's room. Said his name was James and he was a very kind man and kept to himself. I walked back into the house and into the room and had a talk with James (not really with him but to the air).
I told him that we meant no harm and that he was scaring my daughter and wife and if he would not
