We lived in a farm house from the early 1900s located on 15-501 heading to Carthage. We lived there for five years, and we had lots of unexplained noises and shadows occur. We would often hear things at night although several instances occurred during the day. The house has only changed owners three times in its 100 year history, and the only instance of death within the house apparently was in the 1920s or 1930s when the builder/first owner passed away

in the upstairs bedroom. We were told that he had been deceased for a few hours before he was found and that his body was too stiff to maneuver down the

narrow stairwell. Farm workers were finally able to remove his body by lowering it out of an upstairs window.

Hi my name is Barbara, I think my mom's house is haunted because when I call my mom sometime the phone will echo and I believe my dad has not passed on yet. I think he is still at my mom's house. When you walk in my mom's house you feel not the same. I would love for you to help my mom, I believe my dad is still in the house.
