Another instance, me and three Marines took the initiative and decided to take out trash unescorted by an instructor. We did everything by the numbers. We patrolled our way there and set up a perimeter while they dumped the cans. But I just had a feeling we were being watched.

Me and my family were coming back from Dominoes one night in October 2013. When we crossed over the bridge at Marston Pavilion we made a right hand turn into the officer housing area which heads towards the school. We stopped at the curve by the woods to look at some deer when all of a sudden my wife slammed on the breaks and screamed. She said she saw out the corner of her eye a white light at her driver side door window, and it freaked her out. There was no one outside shining lights, and the streets were not very lit up out there. I told her she was crazy, but that's just another story to add to the list of stories on this base.
