The year was 2018. At this time I was l lieutenant in the USN. I was working at 8th reg. Headquarters right next to the infantry barracks. I had left the lights on in the hallway but put a blanket over the glass on the door, so that I could sleep. I fell asleep, but then at 00:30 I was woken up to see a shadow through the blanket. I didnít say anything just watched it. It then salutes and says ''very well lieutenant'' and walks away.
I first I thought it was just the duty and that I had left the doors to the building unlocked. About fifteen seconds after it walked away I got up and looked out the boardroom door because thatís the way it headed. Nobody was outside, so I figured the duty walked out one of the other two door. I looked out for each of them, and nobody is outside, and all the doors were locked just as I had left them .

Courthouse Bay Dec '89 to April '90. Took a taxi from Jacksonville to CHB late one night and when the driver and I were out in the sticks we saw ghosts of slaves walking on the side of the road. Demo Range Road was said to be haunted according to some engineer students who would run it for PT after work hours.
The guard tower out by the Demo range would call at least twice a night calming there was a ''man bear'' type creature prowling around... But then again when we started guard mount our class adviser told us to watch out for bears in that area.
The boat ramp had numerous ghost sightings. When we did the assault course at night training was ceased in the middle of the assault because numerous students claimed to see a headless body fly out of one of the holes the instructor dropped explosives in to simulate motor/cannon fire.
