Well, I was making a typical drive from our parent's home in Kernersville, NC back to my current home in Columbia, Tennessee. There was a heated argument and I decided to leave with my 16 year old daughter around 12:30 in the morning. I'm used to driving at night but as I've gotten older, I don't like to do it because I'm more aware of the dangers (raining, deer jumping in the road, decreased visibility in general, and driving through mountainous curves

in the dark).
Anyway, I had just gotten my Honda Odyssey van and was overjoyed that I wasn't driving my old tried and true 1997 Jeep Cherokee that

had broken down... I felt much more safe and that my daughter was also more safe. So anyway, my daughter was sleeping in the 3rd row seat in the very back. I was on I-40 going west and passing through Asheville, NC.
Afterwards, I came to the Candler Exit. Sometime after that, which would be between the Candler Exit and the Canton Exit, there was a series of curves. I was still learning the new van, so I was still a little nervous. A tractor trailer
