When I was a kid this other kid drowned in the river. I didn't know him that well but it's a small town so I knew everyone a little bit including him of course. After he drowned we went down to where he had drowned and I felt a hand touch my shoulder and I heard his voice say my name.
I always thought it was strange that he chose to contact me and not one of his closer friends. Maybe he tried but I was the only one receptive enough. I have seen other

ghosts too so I know I have this ability to see ghosts.
This was a very long time ago and I'm sure he has passed on by now.
