I was walking down Main Street between the church and the coffee shop when I saw an old woman fall down. She seemed to be hurt so I rushed to her rescue. I got to her and asked if she was OK. She looked up at me with a blank stare.
Her eyes were completely white. I assumed she was blind but then she got up on her own and walked away seemingly unhurt. When I turned around and looked back at her she was gone. There was no way she could have got away

that fast.
It was just a second. I just couldn't believe what had just happened.
