When I was 13 and 14 we lived in a house on Chatham Court in Eden. This house was two stories. The house was actually divided into two apartments, the upstairs and downstairs. My dad used the downstairs part for his office for his company since there was a separate entrance from the outside. There were two bedrooms upstairs, one bathroom, kitchen, and a living room. The downstairs had a kitchen, living room, and bathroom. My sister and I shared the front

bedroom. My bed was against the interior wall of the hallway, and her bed was against the other interior wall, our parents' room. Our parents worked during

the day, so when we got home from school there was no one else home.
We started hearing footsteps at night going up and down the stair case that was beside our room. We told our parents, and my dad did not seem to believe us. He told us it was part of our imagination. The activity seemed to increase in the house. We would be in the kitchen upstairs and hear footsteps in the attic which was impossible. The attic did not have an actual floor for someone
