The house had hardwood floors so I was waiting to hear footsteps.... There weren't any. I slowly got up and ventured into the kitchen where the door was wide open. My boyfriend and I moved in 2 weeks before my mom and daughter did.
My b / f and I were upstairs in our attic bedroom painting when suddenly a guys face appeared in my eyes. I say in my eyes because it wasn't in the room. He had dark hair and was in his early 20's from what I could

see.
It was just a flash but it made me jump. For the next week of sleeping in the house the noises started. The light switches clicked incessantly

downstairs. These are the type of light switches that are heavy and don't just 'flick' on and off and they make a loud click noise when you move it.
Constanly click click click click from downstairs. My boyfriend was downstairs in the kitchen getting a snack alone and he said he heard voices. He said it sounded like people were arguing in the kitchen.
He ran up the attic stairs and he looked white as a (pardon the pun) ghost. I asked him what happened
