Many people don't believe me until I take them to see the ghost. He is in an apartment complex on Shelby Rd in Greensboro, NC. He is always sitting on the steps of the apartment building like he's waiting for someone.

He has on a white t-shirt, vest, pants, and boots. I never tell anyone what he looks like beforehand. But everyone that sees him describes what he has one and ask me to hurry up and pull off. He has been there since the 90s.
