Back in the early 1980s I was in a rental house on Kanuga Road, only a short distance from the Exxon Station. My mother was a huge skeptic when it came to the supernatural, so it surprised me that she could see these things happening too. Our back door opened onto a concrete deck, and the back windows in our living room also faced this deck. On numerous occasions, mom and I would see a man's torso walking towards the back door and passing those windows.

We never got a good look at his face, but he dressed for the weather!
In warm weather he wore a white shirt, and in colder weather he wore a blue

windbreaker. Of course, no one would be at the back door when we got there. Also on many occasions, we could hear a vehicle coming to the back, crunching on the gravel of the drive and turn around. A friend of mine even claimed to see brake lights. Again, no one was there. After mom passed away, my future husband and I heard a baby crying in the back bedroom closet clearly on one day. We even heard my mom's voice call my name from the house when we got
