Our dogs go to the window and bark at nothing too!. Submitted by Krystal
Comment by Carol: Are you talking about a house in a big curve of a road between highway 222 and 42?.

Along S. Railroad Street is a place I have been walking and playing since I was 12. I am 25 now. I have heard a lot of ghost stories about this railroad, but I have never believed in any of them until one day three years ago. It was around 7:30 pm in the summer of 2012. I came back from work, and it was time to take my dog out for a walk. Hula my dog is very well trained and well behaved. As we walked from E. Goldsboro Street into S. Railroad Street Hula stopped frozen. She didn't want to walk further. I looked around and didn't see anything. Then she started barking hysterically towards the tree to my left about 20 yards away from us.

It was getting cold, and I managed to drag her a bit, and as we passed that particular tree, I felt that the temperature dropped even more. I felt this extreme chill. Hula now stopped barking and started whining instead. Then I saw this black mist twirling behind the tree and moved slowly toward the track. I really saw it, and I couldn't believe my eyes. I still remember that clear as day. Submitted by anonymous
