Left my bike securely locked at the base of the First Flight Monument. The cable was wound around the tire through the frame to the bike rack. Eleven minutes later I returned from the top of the monument hill to find that the cable was no longer wrapped around my tire or the bike stand and instead the cable was tightly wound around the lower frame of the bike and locked.
I was floored.
