Comment by Miranda: Yes, in fact you did see the Swain family ghost. There is an abandoned town from the 20s on Kitty Hawk Road/Woods Road, so you saw the family member.

Was in the shop of the Black Pelican Restaurant. Twice two separate pieces of jewelry moved of their own volition. Approx 8 pm 11-03-2012. Otherwise the place has good vibrations and awesome food and service.

Have not have any sightings myself but as a member of a local paranormal group in Ohio who will be visiting in Kitty Hawk. I was trying to find some places that I maybe able to check out with some of our equipment.
