Last night about 12 am 8-16-12 I was driving east on hwy 74 not far before Laurinburg. A tall man was standing on the right solid white line. He was looking straight ahead no movement. It was a very dark night with a little fog.
Do not know if it was a ghost but by the time I saw him I was past with very little room to spare. Thought about turning around but I was totally creeped out... My skin was crawling.
