Here's a really spooky thing you can check out in Liberty. If you park in the little parking lot by the water tower before the shadow of the watertower tank hits your windshield, and just sit and wait in your car for the shadow of the tank to completely cover your windshield then right at the moment the last bit of your windshield is covered by shadow a man will appear out of nowhere right in front of your car.
He will look you angrily in the eye and

then disappear in a flash. He's the ghost of a man who died on the street right there in a crash and his ghost attached itself to the parking lot.
