Next to the water tower on Main Street is a white brick building, I'm guessing it's a pump house or something similar. It has windows on the doors and out of those windows sometimes a grouchy looking man looks out briefly.
There's nobody in the building, it's a ghost. When we were kids we used to go looking for him and sometimes we would see him and we'd run. Don't know if kids still do this but I'm sure he's still there.
