A tall black figure almost as if it was a shadow.. He's very tall. It was normal in weight though bald too is always by the stairs and it's like it's a game if it can scratch me before I get to the bottom of the stairs. It never attacks when I go up only down, and whenever I'm not down fast enough I get hit with something. I don't know what but it throws my knees into the wall....|

Hello, I have read some interesting things on here about other's sightings/experiences, and I thought I would share mine. I have had experiences all my life, and I had just turned 37 on August 24th. I have seen many odd/strange things throughout my life. I started investigating the paranormal/hauntings back in October of 2005 (Ghost Hunters, Ghost Adventures Crew and the Spencer Mountain Mansion got me started. ) Well, long story short, I lost my mother on June 15th, 2009 due to Diabetes. The following night (Tuesday morning around 1 something) I was on the internet doing some research on a location here in Monroe, and I heard my named called in the kitchen. I thought it was dad, but he was asleep. Then I thought it was the cat, (when he was still with us) and he was curled up in a ball.
I sat back down, took a swing of my beverage, and I heard it again. This time, the overhead light above the stove flickered and went out, and the next thing I know... The entire house got cold. I grabbed my night vision and my camera and recorded the kitchen and on into the old kitchen and low and behold, I saw my Mother's apparition. May I mind you, she was sent to the Heritage Funeral home in Waddington and hadn't been cremated yet. The image I saw in my view finder was the exact height and stature as my Mother's. She died in her purple nightgown. Now, when I feel I am going to make a bad decision and get really upset about anything. I know she makes herself known. She is the only recorded death at this house. Every year in October, I decorate the house and yard in her honor, Halloween was our biggest tradition.
