Worked at local coffee shop for 2 years. The store has a resident ghost whom we affectionately named ella. There are mornings when you just walk into store and can smell her perfume. She will let you know if she approves of you or not.

Fortunately enough she liked me. I didn't give name of shop because ella is a good ole girl.

I live on School Street in Mooresville, NC. I'm the last house on this dead end street. Next to me is an abandoned graveyard with sunken graves and head stones from the 1800s. It is overgrown with foliage and trees and home to deer, raccoon, and groundhogs. It's spooky and desolate.
