I was leaving a karaoke bar one night, and an old friend of mine who was boasty said he knew of a place that was haunted. I was skeptical and told him to take me to this place. It was middle of the summer; mind you everything seemed normal and humid. Once I stepped foot into that cemetery I saw my breathe! He was showing me around with a flash light, and I refused to move. As he was explaining the landscape that's when I saw a man in a plaid shirt rubbing a grave sight staring at me. Right at that moment my friends flash light went out. I freaked out and told him to turn the light back on! We fumbled and freaked out right when he turned the light on I saw a pair of feet in front of us.
We ran! Ran so fast.... I refuse to return....

On the night of January 17 2000. Me and my husband was on our way out the door to go visit out in-laws with our two children at the time. It was a misty dry damp night. As soon as we were headed out on to hwy 66 south toward the curve where the big house stands there was a car in front of us in the other lane and one behind us as we were driving. There is a cemetery that is on the left hand side of the road. As we drove past it there was a shadow of a Confederate soldier walking past by in front of the house.

At first we thought that we were just seeing things but weren't. We slowed down and watched him as he walked around the curb, and then as soon as we turned around he was gone. I'm just wondering if the soldier is from that grave site.
