On July 17th of 2021 my family and I went camping up to the Twin Rivers, and our spot that we got was one of the last campsites on the campground (primitive 19). Everything was alright throughout the daylight, but once it started getting dark my brother-in-law and I heard these weird sounds coming from the other side of the river. It sounded like somebody was humming loud for like 5 seconds, and then they stopped.
No one was around us though, and

the next campsite (primitive 18) was about 1,500 feet away from us, but they were elderly people who were very respectful and nice. My brother-in-law

and I acknowledged it at first, but then we ignored it. Later on that night our campfire started dying very fast even though we had plenty of wood and sticks to keep it going. It was dying fast.
It started drizzling rain a little bit afterwards, and we heard like this woman / elk scream off in the distance in the woods. We both grabbed our lanterns and started lighting up the place, and we kept hearing leafs rattling in the woods getting closer,
