I also lived in that house on cedar Street in 1965. My. Mother told me that she had a relative that killed himself in the bathroom. She said that he worked at the cotton mill right up the street and got off work at 12 midnight and often walked home after work.
I was afraid to luve in that house. I felt uneasy all the time. When I went to bed I felt that sumthing was watching me. There were bats in my room all the time. One flew into my hair one time getting tangled up in my hair.
My mom told me she could hear footsteps at night a little after 12. Coming up the steps onto the porch. I was a little girl and I was terrified to live in that house on cedar Street in Roanoke Rapids n.n.
