I lived in Salisbury for a few months when I was around 7 years old back in 1985 or 1986. We lived in a run down trailer park out in the country. Beside the trailer park was an open field. According to the landlord, the family that lived in the trailer prior had disappeared. It was a couple and two children, a boy and a girl.
The whole trailer park had an eerie vibe from the beginning. One night around 3 a.m. my mom woke up to the sound of children

playing outside. Mind you, there were no children that lived there other than me. As she started to get out of bed to look out the window, she looked
|
down the hall, and there was a man dressed in black wearing a tall hat with red eyes. She froze in fear not able to speak. As the spirit got closer, she finally yelled out, ''Go away!'' It did, of course.
I only had one paranormal experience there. I was playing outside and heard kids out in the open field near the trailer park a few weeks prior to my mom's run in with the dark figure. We moved back to Belmont shortly after that. We've always
