My husband and I bought a house off of Hawkins Avenue near downtown in April of this year 2021. I've heard footsteps upstairs and knocking on the walls all over the house. My cats will sit at the bottom of the stairs and look up there but will refuse to go up even if I go up there sometimes.
I've also seen a white mist multiple times inside and outside the house. I've heard both a female and young girl laughing in the house. I've seen a dark figure

walking down the hall a few times when I'm upstairs. There's definitely a very active spirit up there!!!.

On Steel Bridge Road right at the intersection with the convenient store, I have seen a ghost car come speeding around the intersection going down steel bridge, but all you will see is the headlights. Anyone else with experiences in Sanford can reach me at Jamesbrdwy1 @ gmail. com.

I lived in Sanford my whole life which is only 13 years. Anyway I can see ghost and I don't have a clue why! There's this little ghost girl that sits in the corner of my room and cries all the time. She is Starting to follow me around everywhere I go.
